Laura Mobley graduated from Eastern Illinois University in 1985. She pledged Sigma Kappa in her sophomore year and held the office of social chair for her first year as an initiated member. She had the pleasure of living in the house her senior year with a lot of her new member class and created fond memories. A year ago in April, Laura helped to plan a “reunion” of the Gamma Mu sisters that lived in the house. They were delighted when the current members of Gamma Mu welcomed them and they were able to tour the old house. It was if no time had passed. “They say true friends can go long periods of time without speaking and never question their friendship. These types of friends pick up just like they spoke yesterday, regardless of how long it has been or how far apart they live. This is how I feel about my sisters in Sigma Kappa."
